We had a fun time exploring the nearby attractions, especially the beautiful lake, which was just a short stroll from the hotel. The spa facilities were relaxing, and we even managed to indulge in a nice family dinner with good food choices. Staying with mum made it even better!
My kids wished there were more activities available for them throughout the day.

The Superior Double Room with Park View offered a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast featured a broad selection with fresh dairy products every day, but dinner had a rotating menu that kept things interesting. Everything tasted well-prepared, especially the various soups and appetizers. In terms of wellness, the pools were spacious and enjoyable, providing a relaxing escape. I had lovely walks in the picturesque area around the hotel. However, I faced some discomfort with the steam room, which had a somewhat unpleasant smell. Massage beds weren't very comfortable around the face, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite these issues, the overall experience was pleasant, with professional staff facilitating a smooth stay.

pleasant stay with some room for improvement
Our room was of decent size and we appreciated the lovely balcony. The hotel was clean, and the various pools were enjoyable, especially the thermal ones. We took a nice 15-minute walk to the nearby lake and found the city view from our room to be delightful.
The dining options could use some improvement.

It was just a solid selection for a transient stop in Heviz with good value. The staff were surprisingly attentive when I had issues with the water temperature in my room. Bring your own drinks since the choices here are limited and pricey.
